Why is my refund still pending with my bank?Updated 19 days ago

Once Revline issues a refund, the next step is entirely in the hands of your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Typical Posting Timeline

After we issue your refund:

  • Banks usually post funds within 3–10 business days

  • Some institutions may take longer due to internal review

  • Refunds issued over weekends or holidays may take additional time

We provide a timestamped refund receipt as soon as the refund is processed on our end.

Why Banks Delay Refunds

Banks may hold or delay refunds because of:

  • Security checks

  • Card issuer review

  • Disputes or fraud flags

  • High refund volume during peak seasons

  • Processing queue delays

These delays are normal and outside our control.

What You Can Do

If more than 10 business days have passed:

  1. Contact your bank or card provider

  2. Provide them with your refund confirmation from Revline

  3. Ask if your refund is pending or on hold

All refunds are returned from Revline immediately once approved — but banks ultimately dictate when funds become available.
