1. Custom-Built, Made-to-Order & Special-Order Items
Custom fabricated parts
Made-to-order components
Any item built specifically for your vehicle
These are manufactured per request and cannot be restocked.
2. Clearance, Open-Box, or Discontinued Items
These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned for any reason.
3. Items That Have Been Installed or Attempted to Be Installed
This includes any product that shows signs of:
Installation
Use
Scratching
Modification
Alteration
Incorrect wiring or hookup
Installed parts cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.
4. Electronics & Electrical Components
Examples:
Sensors
Tuners
Wiring harnesses
ECUs
LED components
Any electronically controlled part
Once opened or plugged in, electrical items are 100% final sale due to manufacturer safety restrictions and risk of improper installation.
5. Turbochargers, Superchargers & Forced Induction Kits
These require professional installation and are not returnable once shipped.
6. Exterior Body Parts
Including:
Body kits
Bumpers
Lips
Side skirts
Aero components
Carbon fiber parts
These are highly fragile, oversized, and often ship freight—making them non-returnable.
7. Mounted Wheels & Tires
Any wheel/tire package that has been mounted is final sale.
8. Engine Internals & Valvetrain Components
Due to safety, precision fitment, and contamination risks, these cannot be returned.
9. Seats, Harnesses & Interior Safety Components
These fall under strict safety guidelines and cannot be resold once opened.
10. Fittings, Fuel Lines & Made-to-Order Lines
These are cut-to-length or configured specifically for your order and are non-returnable.
Why so many items are final sale
These policies exist because:
Many automotive parts cannot be resold once opened or test-fitted
Manufacturers do not accept returns on electrical or internal components
Safety-critical items cannot be reused
Custom or made-to-order parts are built specifically for the customer
Oversized/freight items are expensive or impossible to return
