My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 16 days ago
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package, don’t worry — this happens more often than you’d think, and carriers usually locate the package within 24–48 hours.
Before reaching out to our team, please follow the steps below to help locate your shipment.
1. Check all possible delivery locations
Carriers may leave packages in protected areas, including:
Front door / back door
Porch or patio
Garage
Mailroom
Package lockers
Side entrance
Behind planters or furniture
2. Ask neighbors or building staff
Many carriers will drop off packages with:
Neighbors
Front desk staff
Leasing office
Building or HOA package rooms
If someone picked up your order for safekeeping, they may have it.
3. Confirm the shipping address on your order
Double-check the address listed on your order confirmation email to ensure it was entered correctly.
Small typos (unit numbers, street direction, ZIP digits) may cause misdelivery.
4. Allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates
Carriers (especially USPS, FedEx, and UPS) sometimes mark packages as delivered before the package actually arrives.
This is called “pre-scanning” and is extremely common with residential deliveries.
Packages typically show up shortly after.
5. Contact the carrier directly
If the package still hasn’t appeared after 24–48 hours, please reach out to the carrier for the fastest resolution:
UPS: 1-800-742-5877
FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
USPS: Contact your local post office (fastest)
They can check GPS delivery coordinates, driver notes, and exact drop-off location.
