How long does it take to process my refund?Updated 17 days ago
Once your returned item arrives at the designated warehouse or manufacturer, it undergoes an inspection process. Refunds are issued only after this inspection is complete.
Inspection Timeline
Inspection typically takes:
2–5 business days for most items
5–10 business days for oversized or multi-component items
Up to 14 business days for freight returns or manufacturer-routed items
Refund Timeline
After inspection and approval:
Revline processes your refund within 3–5 business days
Your bank or card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the refund
Please note that weekends and holidays may extend processing times.
When Refunds May Be Delayed
Refunds may take longer if:
Parts are missing, damaged, or show signs of installation
Manufacturer inspection is required (for branded items)
The item needs serial number verification
Freight carriers require additional documentation
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
