How long do I have to request a return?Updated 18 days ago

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.

This 30-day window applies to all return-eligible items.


After 30 Days

Due to manufacturer and distributor restrictions, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day window — even if the item is unused.

This policy ensures compliance with:

  • Manufacturer return deadlines

  • Restocking limitations

  • Inventory and quality-control requirements


Exceptions

The only exceptions to the 30-day policy are:

  • Items damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours)

  • Warranty claims (handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process)
