We’ve made the return request process simple and straightforward.

Step 1 — Contact Us

• Photos (only required if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Step 2 — We Review Your Request

Our team will:

• Verify that the item is return-eligible

• Check manufacturer policies

• Provide either approval or explanation of ineligibility

This review typically takes 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Receive Your RMA & Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

• Return instructions

• The return shipping address (varies by brand/manufacturer)

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of RMA approval.

Important Note

Unauthorized returns or returns received without an RMA will be rejected or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
