How are refunds issued?Updated 18 days ago
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. For your security and to comply with card processor rules, we cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment platform.
Refund Methods
Depending on how you paid, your refund will return via:
Credit/debit card
Shop Pay
PayPal
Affirm (subject to Affirm’s refund policies)
Klarna or Afterpay (subject to their refund processes)
Third-party financing providers may adjust your remaining balance or payment schedule automatically.
Store Credit Option
In select cases, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:
Posts immediately once processed
Does not incur processing fees
Can be used on any Revline product
Does not expire
If you'd prefer store credit, simply let our support team know.
Refund Restrictions
Due to compliance and fraud prevention:
Refunds cannot be issued to expired or canceled cards
We cannot refund through a different payment route
Payments made in installments (Affirm, Klarna, etc.) follow that provider’s policies
If your card has been replaced, banks typically route the refund automatically to your new account.
