Do you refund shipping costs?Updated 18 days ago
In most cases, no.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to:
A verified shipping error on our end
A manufacturer-confirmed defect
An incorrect item sent by the warehouse
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or alternative resolution.
Why shipping isn’t refundable
Shipping carriers charge for delivery whether or not an item is later returned. Because these costs are non-recoverable, they cannot be refunded once the order is in transit.
Oversized or freight shipments
For freight, oversized, or LTL deliveries:
Freight fees are never refundable, even if the item is returned
Liftgate fees, residential fees, and accessorial charges are also non-refundable
These charges come directly from the carrier and cannot be reversed.
