Do you offer exchanges?Updated 16 days ago

Yes — exchanges may be possible for certain items as long as they meet all eligibility conditions. However, due to manufacturer rules, most performance parts must be returned and repurchased instead of exchanged.


When Exchanges Are Allowed

Exchanges may be approved if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition

  • The product is in original packaging

  • The manufacturer allows exchanges for that specific SKU

  • The desired replacement is in stock

If all conditions are met, our team will issue an RMA and assist with the exchange.


When Exchanges Are Not Allowed

Exchanges cannot be processed when:

  • The part has been installed or test-fitted

  • The part shows any signs of use

  • The item is electronic

  • The product is made-to-order or custom-built

  • The manufacturer prohibits returns for that category

  • The item was purchased through clearance, flash sale, or final sale

In these cases, exchanges must be handled as new purchases.


Common Exchange Scenario

Customers sometimes request an exchange when they ordered the wrong fitment (e.g., a WRX downpipe for an STI).
If the item is still brand new, we may be able to approve a return + replacement order.

If it has been installed or test-fitted, the exchange is not possible.
