In most cases, returns are not free. Unless the return is the result of an error on our end or a verified manufacturer defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Customer-Paid Return Shipping Applies When:

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer need the item

  • The item wasn’t compatible due to incorrect selection

  • You refuse a delivery (unless arranged with us in advance)

Return shipping costs depend on weight, size, distance, and carrier choice.


Revline-Covered Return Shipping Applies When:

We will provide a prepaid return label if:

  • We shipped the incorrect item

  • The warehouse made a fulfillment error

  • There is a verified manufacturer-approved defect

  • Your item arrived damaged (reported within 48 hours)


Freight & Oversized Items

For freight/LTL shipments:

  • Return shipping is always customer-paid

  • Freight carriers charge significant fees

  • Liftgate, residential, and re-delivery fees are non-refundable
