In most cases, returns are not free. Unless the return is the result of an error on our end or a verified manufacturer defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For freight/LTL shipments:
Return shipping is always customer-paid
Freight carriers charge significant fees
Liftgate, residential, and re-delivery fees are non-refundable
