Wrong address or delivery re-routesUpdated 6 days ago

We ship all orders to the exact address provided at checkout. Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee any address changes or delivery re-routes once an order has been submitted.


Address changes after ordering

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
We will attempt to update the address before the order ships, but this is not guaranteed.

Once a package has been shipped:

  • Address changes are not always possible

  • Carriers may require the shipper (Revline) to approve the change

  • Additional carrier fees may apply

  • Freight shipments typically cannot be re-routed


Delivery re-routes (after shipment)

If the order is already in transit:

  • Some carriers allow re-routes for a fee

  • Some do not allow re-routing at all

  • Re-routing may delay delivery

  • Approval is not guaranteed for any service or location

We will assist where possible, but final decisions are dictated by the carrier.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address

If the carrier returns the package back to the warehouse:

  • Reship charges will apply

  • Returned shipments may incur return-to-sender fees from the carrier

  • Freight returns may incur significant charges

  • Refunds (if requested instead of reshipment) are processed minus applicable shipping and processing fees

Revline is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
