Will my delivery require a signature?Updated 16 days ago

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially if they contain high-value items, expensive components, or products commonly targeted for theft.

Signature requirements are determined by our fraud-prevention system, the shipping carrier, or the manufacturer/warehouse fulfilling your order.


Why is a signature required?

A signature may be required for reasons including:

  • High-value items

  • Fraud prevention

  • Previous delivery issues in your area

  • Carrier-flagged shipments

  • Orders shipping to multi-unit residences

  • Orders with mismatched billing/shipping information

These measures help protect both you and Revline Performance from lost or stolen packages.


Is the signature requirement optional?

No.
If an order is flagged as requiring a signature, this cannot be removed or waived. Carriers will not deliver the package without obtaining the signature.

If no one is home, the carrier will typically:

  • Attempt delivery on the next business day, or

  • Leave a pickup notice with instructions for retrieving your package at a local carrier facility


How will I know if my order needs a signature?

In most cases, the requirement will appear:

  • In your tracking page, once the carrier updates the shipment, or

  • In your shipping confirmation email (if the warehouse provides that detail)

If your order is high-value, assume a signature may be required.
