In some cases, yes. Certain items may require additional shipping fees that are not reflected in the initial checkout estimate.

This typically applies to:

  • Remote or hard-to-access delivery areas

  • Residential liftgate delivery

  • Limited-access locations

  • Rural or extended delivery zones

When this occurs, our team will contact you before your order ships to review the updated shipping cost.


How it works

1. We’ll notify you first

If your order requires additional shipping, we will email you with the updated charge and an explanation.

2. You choose how to proceed

  • If you approve, we’ll invoice the difference and ship your order once payment is received.

  • If you do not approve within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.
