  • Contact the carrier to request package intercept (when possible)

  • Retrieve or reclaim delivered goods if payment is not properly resolved

Shipping costs, restocking fees, and any damage or loss incurred during non-payment may also be added to the outstanding balance.


What Counts as a Fraudulent Payment

Fraud-related payment issues may include:

  • Use of a stolen credit card

  • Unauthorized use of someone else’s payment information

  • Intentionally providing false billing information

  • Attempting to keep products without paying

  • Filing false chargebacks to avoid payment

  • Opening disputes after receiving and using the product

These actions may trigger automated fraud systems and manual review.


When We Refer a Case to Authorities

For serious or repeated violations, we may escalate the case to the appropriate entities, which can include:

  • Payment processors

  • The shipping carrier (to report mail fraud)

  • Local law enforcement

  • Federal agencies related to online fraud

  • Debt collection agencies

We do not take these steps lightly—they are used only when necessary to recover losses or prevent ongoing fraud.
