• 3-D Secure / Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode (when enabled)

• Velocity checks – Flags unusually fast or repeated transactions

• IP and geolocation checks – Identifies mismatches between the cardholder and device location

• Shopify risk analysis tools – Helps detect suspicious activity patterns

These tools are used automatically on all transactions.

What May Trigger a Security Hold

To keep customers safe, we may manually review or hold orders when we detect:

• Mismatched billing and shipping addresses

• High-value orders shipping to a new address

• International IP addresses with U.S. shipping

• Use of VPNs or proxy servers

• Multiple failed payment attempts

• Recently issued credit cards or unusual purchase patterns

• Orders placed under a different name than the cardholder

A hold doesn’t mean your order is canceled—it simply means we need to verify details.

Identity Verification Requests

If additional verification is needed, we may request:

• A photo ID (with sensitive info covered)

• Matching billing information

• Confirmation of the cardholder’s identity

• Proof of address

• A signed authorization form (for select high-value orders)

These requests are standard practice across the automotive aftermarket industry.

Failure to provide verification within the required timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Order Cancellations Due to Fraud Risk

If our system or manual review determines the order carries a high fraud risk, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order

• Refund the payment

• Request additional details before reprocessing
