Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your tracking number and shipment details. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress at any time.
1. Check your email for your tracking number
When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains:
Your tracking number
Carrier information
A link to track your shipment
If you ordered multiple items from different brands or warehouses, you may receive more than one tracking email.
2. Track your shipment on our tracking page
You can track your shipment directly through our tracking portal:

Simply enter your tracking number to view live updates.
3. Tracking may take time to activate
Tracking information is not always available immediately. It may take up to 24 hours after shipment for updates to appear, depending on the carrier.
This is completely normal.
If your tracking number shows “label created” or no movement yet, please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
4. Multiple packages? Check all tracking numbers.
Some orders ship in separate boxes from different brands or warehouses.
If so, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive at different times.
Be sure to check each tracking number included in your confirmation emails.
