To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, some orders may require additional identity verification before they can be processed or shipped.
All orders are automatically screened using industry-standard fraud tools, including:
AVS (Address Verification)
CVV matching
IP and location checks
Order velocity monitoring
Billing vs. shipping address consistency
If an order is flagged as high-risk, our team may request additional verification.
What verification may be required?
We may ask for one or more of the following:
A valid photo ID matching the billing name
Proof of billing address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
Confirmation of the last four digits of the payment card (never the full number)
Verification of email or phone number
This information is used solely to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized transactions.
How long do I have to submit verification?
If verification is requested, you must provide the requested documents within the timeframe stated in the email (typically 24–48 hours).
If verification is not provided:
The order may be canceled
A refund will be issued minus any processing fees, if applicable
