Can I cancel my order after checkout?Updated 13 days ago

Orders can only be canceled before they enter fulfillment or shipment. Because many items ship directly from our partner warehouses, processing often begins quickly — sometimes within minutes — so cancellation is not guaranteed.


Cancellation fees

All approved cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee.
For special-order, made-to-order, or rare/low-stock items, a 25% processing fee applies.

These fees cover:

  • Payment processor charges

  • Administrative handling

  • Warehouse processing time

  • Manufacturer restocking requirements

Processing fees are deducted from your refund at the time of cancellation.


If your order has already shipped

Once an order has been shipped or fulfilled:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It must follow our standard return process

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply depending on brand/manufacturer policy

We cannot intercept, redirect, or recall packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.


Special-order & made-to-order items

Items that are custom-built, special-order, or manufactured upon request:

  • May not be eligible for cancellation at all

  • May carry higher restocking fees if cancellation is approved

  • Are bound by the manufacturer's policies
