• Limited production runs

• Global supply chain disruptions

How We Handle Backorders

If an item is backordered:

• We’ll notify you via email

• We’ll provide the manufacturer’s estimated lead time

• Lead times may fluctuate based on production schedules

• You may request alternative products

Cancellation Rules for Backorders

• Standard items may be canceled prior to shipment

• Special-order items cannot be canceled once in production

• Refunds follow normal processing timelines

Partial Shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may:

• Ship in-stock items immediately

• Ship backordered items separately at no additional cost
